GRC Specialist: Become a Pre-Sales Consultant & Champion World-Leading Solution

In this critical role, you'll play a pivotal role in the sales engine, ensuring prospects fully understand the value the industry-leading GRC software can bring to their business.

You’ll need a solid understanding of GRC principles and experience with Enterprise software solutions in this domain; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message to resonate with diverse audiences; The confidence and presence to deliver captivating presentations that engage and inspire C-suite executives and technical teams alike; Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation: As some national travel may be required.

Type: Permanent - Hybrid

**Salary**: R800 000 - R950 000 + Commission

Here's a glimpse into what you'll do:

- GRC Specialist: Craft compelling presentations and demos that showcase the power of the software, clearly illustrating how it solves specific client challenges.
- Proposal Pro: Collaborate with the sales team to develop winning proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs, highlighting the features and benefits that align perfectly with client needs.
- Solution Architect: Become a trusted advisor, working with prospects to understand their unique GRC requirements and recommending the optimal solution to achieve their goals.
- Proof of Concept (POC) Advocate: Lead and manage POC activities at customer sites, ensuring a smooth and successful experience that demonstrates the software's capabilities.
- Technical Specialist: Break down complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language, effectively communicating the solution's value to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with sales, services, and other internal teams to drive revenue generation and achieve common goals.

To be a specialist in this role, you'll possess:

- Technical Expertise: A solid understanding of GRC principles and experience with software solutions in this domain (ideally).
- Communication Master: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message to resonate with diverse audiences.
- Presentation Powerhouse: The confidence and presence to deliver captivating presentations that engage and inspire C-suite executives and technical teams alike.
- Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, allowing you to connect effectively with clients at all levels.
- Deadline Driven: A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines consistently, even under pressure.
- Team Player: A collaborative spirit and the ability to work seamlessly with internal teams to achieve shared goals.
- Motivated & Driven: A self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to the team's success.
- Learning Agility: A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest GRC trends and the full functionality of our software suite.
- Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation: As some national travel may be required.
