In this role, you'll be the knowledge powerhouse, ensuring clients and stakeholders across Africa unlock the full potential of Diligent One (formerly HighBond). You'll design, deliver, and refine training programs that empower users to leverage this industry-leading software and optimize their GRC processes.

**Type: Permanent - Hybrid**

**Salary: R30k - R50k pm**

**Here's what you'll do**:

- **Training Specialist**: Craft and deliver engaging training sessions (webinars included) on various aspects of Diligent One, from configuration and administration to reporting and troubleshooting. Your audience will span Africa and include diverse roles like compliance officers, risk managers, and IT professionals.
- **Content Creation Mastermind**: Develop top-notch training materials like user guides, manuals, and online resources to support ongoing learning and mastery of Diligent One.
- **Customization Specialist**: Tailor training content and delivery methods to cater to the specific needs and skill levels of each audience, ensuring everyone walks away confident in their ability to use the software effectively.
- **Hands-on Learning Specialist**: Integrate practical exercises into your training to give users real-world experience with Diligent One's functionalities, empowering them to tackle their GRC challenges head-on.
- **Software Sage**: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest Diligent One updates, features, and enhancements. You'll then seamlessly weave this knowledge into your training to ensure users are always aware of the software's evolving capabilities.
- **Feedback Fanatic**: Actively collect feedback from users on their training experience, software usability, and desired functionalities. You'll then translate these insights into actionable recommendations for the Head of Services.
- **Collaboration Champion**: Work closely with implementation teams and project managers to ensure a smooth transition from Diligent One implementation to your training program, providing continuity of support throughout the software lifecycle.

**To thrive in this role, you'll ideally have**:

- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in training delivery and instructional design, with a GRC software background preferred.
- Solid proficiency in GRC software solutions like TeamMate, BarnOwl, and CaseWare Idea, with familiarity of other relevant tools.
- A strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional training.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills to connect effectively with diverse audiences.
- A solution-oriented mindset with a focus on empowering users for GRC success.
- A knack for knowledge transfer, adept at conducting personalized training sessions.
- The ability to adapt to changing needs, embracing new product features, and navigating dynamic client requirements.
- Professional communication and relationship management skills to foster strong connections with clients and stakeholders.

This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with potential travel across Africa. A driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
