The role of the Depot Admin Clerk is primarily to support the depot manager and the depot team to achieve the objectives of the depot and develop its capabilities and accountabilities. The Depot Admin Clerk is required to assist the depot manager in the execution of strategies and responsibilities set by and for the team, depot and national business.

Culminating in honouring our brand promise to our customers of “Always On”.

Main Responsibilities are:
KPI’s

**Administration**
- Ensure that all administrative paperwork is processed and captured according to appropriate timelines.
- Manage daily data capturing including placements, branding, serial numbers, make and age.
- Ensure all daily admin paperwork is processed and captured at agreed times.
- Manage invoice printing.
- Ensure that daily “huddle” meetings are posted and aligned.
- Oversee and manage monthly national team meetings.

**Depot Support**
- Manage and oversee equipment daily tracking.
- Ensure orders are picked and packed according to deadlines.
- Oversee and manage SOH Skins and POS
- Oversee weekly uplifts and installations completed at the end of each work week.

**Communication**
- Ensure that daily repairs are communicated to relevant customers.
- Engagement and note-keeping during daily “huddle” meetings and National team meetings.
- Ensure noticeboards are regularly updated.

**Housekeeping Production**
- Ensure that no unnecessary paper is kept, (nothing older than 3 months).
- Ensure inspection sheets are thoroughly and timely completed.
- Manage and oversee office housekeeping

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Boksburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (required)
