Growthonics, a fully owned business of Quantanite, provides sales expertise and demand generation services to highly innovative, fast-paced global B2B brands. Our recent exponential growth in the Growthonics unit has created an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Director to join our rapidly growing B2B Customer Acquisition team and make a material impact on the company.

**Job Overview**

The commercial role in Growthonics is the center of operations and service delivery to our B2B clients. The Commercial Director is a leadership role responsible for accepting newly sold accounts, setting up client services teams, establishing appropriate QA systems and ensuring delivery of services that exceed client expectations over and above informing the commercial direction of the company.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage a team of Client Success Managers (CSM), Sales Development Representatives (SDR), Account strategy teams, Market Research agents and QA teams to ensure delivery of exceptional client services
- Managing revenue and cost budgets
- Design and implement an effective and efficient process to onboard new clients and hiring quality resources
- Establish SDR and CSM training systems that generate high quality workforce able to exceed client expectations
- Maximize potential from existing clients by constantly seeking new sources of revenue through up-sell and cross-sell of services
- Improve client retention rates by minimizing churn
- Manage client relationships and deliver required CSAT and other KPIs
- Bring in effective people management practices, build trust and transparency in the teams and create a high-performance culture
- Provide robust revenue and cost forecasting in order for senior management to measure the health of the business
- Continuously develop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company’s market segmentation, target client profile and go to market strategy
- Work with the market research team to build appropriate sources of prospects based on target client profiles and our evolving market segmentation approach
- Work closely with Sales in supporting them close the leads into booked revenue whenever possible
- Be the eyes and ears for the company to learn about market trends, client expectations and competition
- Work with Sales to help close deals when necessary and keep up to date with the pipeline and forecast deals to plan supply of resources accurately

**Requirements**:

- An entrepreneurial and can-do mindset
- Evidence of being a strong people manager - somebody who can lead by example and set the right collaborative and high-performance culture (a very necessary skill)
- Somebody who doesn’t feel daunted by problems - but is willing to learn and seek solutions constantly
- Empathetic communicator, exceptional language skills (English will suffice)
- Solid understanding of revenue recognition methods, managing costs to budgets and handling variances (a necessary skill)
- Proven ability to handle targets that include delivering complex client engagements (this is a must-have) and handling client escalations (a strong plus)
- 15+ years in B2B Sales/BPO/Outsourcing/Technology Services industry
- Very strong appreciation of digital tools and techniques for demand generation
- An attention to detail with self-discipline and a drive for results
- An undergraduate degree from a recognized college/university (desirable)
