- Annually Cost To Company (Market related, Negotiable)- Global leaders in the corporate real estate industry providing flexible workplace solutions to help small, medium, and large businesses require the above to provide sales assistance and administration for the sales manager, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.

**Minimum requirements for the role**:

- Minimum matric is essential for this role.
- Previous experience having worked within a Sales Assistant or related role.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be proficient in using office software and productivity tools.
- Previous experience working on Salesforce is preferred.
- Must have excellent organisational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills as well as good presentation skills.
- Must have the ability to maintain exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous sales assistant experience having worked within the property brokerage / commercial real estate / rental office flexible property space game or related industry is preferred but not essential.
- Providing sales assistance and administration for the sales manager, including scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Providing sales admin support to the sales department (managing the sales inbox) and working closely with the sales manager to delegate as necessary.
- Assisting with all administration and liaising with clients on a daily basis.
- Managing and maintaining confidential and sensitive information.
- Ensuring project support is timely, accurate and responsive to the needs of the team.
- Assisting the sales team to ensure that tenants find their dream office space.
- Preparing quotations and discussing pricing with clients.
- Building and maintaining relationships with tenants, workspace managers, landlords and property owners.
