**Role**:
**Sales Strategy Execution**
- Generating leads.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Identifying projects to target.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing in order to maximise market advantage.
- Actively engaging and selling our products and solutions to clients in order to deliver sales revenue and to ensure that order placements are met.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

**Administration**
- Maintaining client records.
- Calling customers to follow up on leads or to answer questions about products or services.
- Responsibility for achievement of debt management within area of responsibility.
- Merchandising as and when required to ensure complete product offering is displayed and is understandable to end user.
- Adherence to strict ethical codes of conduct and maintenance of confidentiality at all times.
- Adherence to Company reporting procedure/commercial admin systems, offering appropriate feedback and information.
- Manage product performance issues in-line with Company guidelines.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Services existing clients, obtains orders, and establishes new clients by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

**Operational Support**
- Assist marketing to launch new products (as defined) to key stakeholders.
- Working with other team members to develop technical skills and ensure specifiers can be assisted professionally.
- Key member of sales teams, contributing to development of commercial strategies.
- Attend sales meetings giving timeous feedback as and when required.
- Responsible for training of customer base on existing products, new products and value add propositions (for example: product handling and stock rotation)
- Assist and /or give presentations to the sales team as necessary, as well as to customer base with focus on all aspects of product / system performances

**Requirements**:

- Recently graduated with a minimum of Diploma in Sales/marketing/communications or any business-related field.
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office.
