**Personal Assistant** to join a team in the beautiful
**Western Cape**. If you're professional, trustworthy, energetic, and love taking the initiative, then this might just be the perfect opportunity for you

As a Personal Assistant, you’ll be
**working closely with the CEO in an agricultural environment**. So, if you have a passion for the countryside and enjoy the fresh air, this is definitely the place for you.

But wait, there’s more You’ll be the wizard behind the telephone, managing calls with grace and professionalism. You’ll also be the guardian of the company’s online presence, overseeing the website, social media, and brand.

In addition, you’ll be the go-to person for coordinating staff events and travel arrangements, running errands when needed, and keeping things organised with your amazing filing skills. And of course, you’ll provide general office support, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

To be the perfect fit for this role, you’ll need 3-5 years’ experience as a Personal or Administrative Assistant (or something similar). A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, like Office Administration, will be a big plus. You should also have an eagle eye for detail and be a pro at both written and verbal communication - fluent in Afrikaans and English. If you’re familiar with MS Office and have knowledge of GSuite, you’re already one step ahead. Oh, and if you have experience with business visas, that’s a bonus too
