PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Marketing Executive with FMCG experience** to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and drive brand awareness. You will lead a team and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience, drive sales, foster customer loyalty and enhance brand perception. An ability to effectively interact at a strategic level with confidence, impact and influence is a key attribute. If you’re an innovative, strategic thinker with a passion for customers and the ability to develop omni-channel marketing strategies with great attention to detail this role is for you.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement comprehensive market strategies to drive product awareness, engagement and sales.
- Customer Insights
- Brand and Marketing Strategy
- Delivering Impactful Advertising
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including packaging, promotional material and In-Store Visual Merchandising.
- Activations, PR & Events
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media and digital media marketing
- Direct Marketing
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends best practices, market research, competitor activity and market trends.
- Loyalty
- Mobilizing the Company Around Marketing Campaigns
- Leadership
- Contribute to the development of annual marketing budgets and monitor expenses, budget management and to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Offer customer insights into Price, Product, and Place (location) decisions within the Commercial division.
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop effective marketing materials and support sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and product features.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results and ROI.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in a marketing role within the FMCG industry.
- A minimum of 8 years in senior marketing roles.

**COMPETENCIES REQUIRED**
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market, and digital trends as well as the full marketing mix
- Demonstrated business acumen and results/detail orientation supported by strong analytical ability.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable marketing
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
- Proficiency in data analysis and marketing technology tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to drive and maintain 3rd party / key supplier/stakeholder relationships.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passionate about obtaining customer insights through engagement, research, and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing analytics tools.
- Passion for consumer goods and a drive to succeed in a competitive FMCG market.
