**Main Purpose**:Trafigura Johannesburg is looking to hire an Executive Chauffer. To provide safe and professional chauffer services to all Johannesburg employees and all International visitors, to Johannesburg.
**Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities**:
**Key activities**
- To drive vehicles safely, following the traffic rules, considering road and weather conditions and being courteous to other drivers.
- To appear well groomed, representing the company in a professional manner.
- To maintain and be responsible for company vehicles. Ensuring that the vehicle remains pristine and in excellent working order.
- To complete detailed documented checks of both vehicle and mileage recording on Inspection Sheets and submitting to Office Manager.
- To provide great customer service to all clients.
- Liaising with the company or client to determine when and where you will collect the individual.
- Assisting clients with the loading and unloading of their possessions, as required.
- Selecting the fastest routes based on GPS software and traffic updates, unless otherwise instructed.
- Abiding by road regulations at all times.
- Forecasting and responding to customers' questions and concerns.
- Undertakes other duties as directed by his manager.

**Key Skills and experience**
- Preferred at least 5 years previous experience of high mileage driving within a professional environment.
- Preferred experience of driving different makes and models of vehicles including prestige.
- Hold a current Valid RSA Driving Licence and ideally have an advanced driving qualification.
- Mandatory - no negative endorsements on RSA Drivers Licence
- Face to face customer service experience.
- Basic knowledge of car maintenance.
- General knowledge of vehicle makes model and controls.
- Good South Africa geography covering towns and road network (KwaZulu Natal, Cape Town, Gauteng)
- Confident, safe and responsible driver. Observant with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic admin skills, ability to complete such as expenses and timesheets.
- Ability to work shift patterns.
- Demonstrate behavior in line with Company values
