Organisational Effectiveness and Talent Manager

Recruiting for a highly experienced Organisational Effectiveness and Talent Manager with at least 8+ years relevant experience. MUST come from a legal or professional services background.
Identify and analyse organisation effectiveness opportunities and recommend solutions that address business needs, including the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of corporate programs where relevant.
Develop and share thought leadership on talent management to add value to the projects conceptualised and implemented under the talent management framework.
Perform overall needs analysis and assessment to position the firm for organisational excellence.
Contribute towards short and long-term organizational planning and strategy.
Partner with the OE & Talent Lead in the alignment of strategic goals for the company within the vision, strategy, and aspirational culture of the firm.
Operationalise strategic goals and creating a culture that helps maintain a competitive advantage, in partnership with the OE & Talent Lead.
Design, influence, and implement change initiatives aimed at continuous improvement relating to staff engagement, employee value proposition, and culture management.
Build, manage, and leverage relationships with stakeholders, and facilitate conversations to understand the dynamic needs of talent and leadership and ensure their needs are appropriately responded to so as to promote organisational effectiveness and achieve desired organisational results.
Utilise strong processes to assess, diagnose, design, and deliver innovative solutions needed to optimise organisational effectiveness and to facilitate successful implementation.
Support business with talent management systems and processes, succession management, performance management, and Implement projects within the talent management framework, including but not limited to talent and performance management, wellness, and culture.
Implement the Talent Management Maturity Framework across Legal Services and Business Services.
Implement performance management processes throughout the firm.
Understand and assist with the implementation of Workday processes related to Talent and Performance Management.
Design and implement initiatives that support the business impact and change management of talent and OE projects.
Engage and collaborate with HR Managers to understand their BU's, and contribute strategically in the implementation of talent policies and processes.
Provide consultation to the HR leadership team on programs to support organisational effectiveness and development.
Compile integrated talent reports, ensuring that leadership is prepared and informed to make people decisions.
Work closely with the OE & Talent Lead to implement talent development programmes based on existing gaps and in the interest of clear succession plans and leadership development.
Design, implement and monitor a process to segment talent and develop potential.
Act as the custodian of the firm's organisational culture including values, engagement, and our people value proposition, in partnership with the OE & Talent Lead.
Design, influence, and implement initiatives that are aligned to the firm's PVP Framework.
Understand, monitor, and provide input to the talent budget.
Provide support to HR operations by assisting with re-engineering talent processes to enable greater efficiencies and effectiveness.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelors Degree (3 years) / NQF level 7 Essential
Masters Degree / NQF level 9 Preferred
HPCSA - Health Professions Council of South Africa, Industrial Psychologist, or
HPCSA - Health Professions Council of South Africa, Psychologist
**Salary**: R1,100,000.00 - R1,465,000.00 per year
