The successful individual will be responsible for system administration and support of various merchant systems, which also covers Ticketing and the Supplier Portal. One on one training of users also forms part of this role
**Key Responsibilities**: - System administration and support of various merchant systems - One on one training - Updating Excel spreadsheets (figures, board reports), creating summaries, etc. - Maintenance of size curves - Administration and execution of markdowns - Administration and execution of promotions - Support to the ticketing administration function and queries - Liaison between Merchandise, Store Design, Field, Buying Divisions and Information Systems Department support team. - Following up with problem resolution - Co-ordinating merchandise restructure - Communicating with Merchants
**Qualifications and Experience**: - Matric - Numerate tertiary qualification is highly advantageous - 5+ years experience within a similar role is preferred - Be proficient in MS Office, specifically good knowledge of Excel
**Competencies**: TECHNICAL Essential Competencies - Numerical ability BEHAVIOURAL: - High attention to detail - Good communication and relationship building skills - High level of confidentiality and integrity is essential - Self-motivator with proven ability to work accurately under pressure - Energetic - Pro-active - Team player
