2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and manage potential risk.

3. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

4. Maintain accurate employee all related records and ensure confidentiality. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

1. Must be well-organized and have excellent time-management skills.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels of the organization.
