Looking for an individual that has a passion in HR and great people skills to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing company based in Brits.

**About the position**:

- Overseeing the entire human resources department to make sure it runs smoothly
- Managing employee relations and working with employees to resolve any conflict or grievances
- Overseeing all hiring and onboarding processes
- Organizing and maintaining personnel records, entering new data, and updating previous employee data in internal HR databases
- Reviewing, revising, and updating company policies

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Courses in HR would be advantages
- Good communication skills
- At least 3 years dealing with HR administration
- Payroll experience would be advantages

Ability to Commute:

- Brits, North West (required)
