**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Customer Service**
- To provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Sales Support and co-ordination.
- Effective billing with minimum credits processed.
- Process invoices on Syspro.
- Assist Sales Specialists; Product Managers and Sales Managers with their requirements locally / overseas as they relate to Science Sales issues.
- Communicate queries timeously and efficiently to the relevant persons.
- Adhere to ISO procedures and SOPs.
- General administrative work and reporting as required.

**Customer Management**
- Ensure that customers are informed of expected delivery dates, when requested.
- Ensure the adequate follow up on orders.
- Manage customer query resolution process.
- Ensure to confirm product expiries with customers beforehand.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills which result in both customer and business satisfaction
- Excellent organisational skills, planning and processing of work
- High level of numerical accuracy required for this position
- Prior experience working in a Customer Service Team
- Fluent in English (Other languages spoken are advantageous)
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office required
- Self-Starter, highly self-motivated individual required for this position to drive value for all stakeholders
**QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS**
- Matric
- Relevant qualification in the Customer Service field.
At least 2 years customer service experience within the IVD Diagnostic and Life Science industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
