We are looking for a National Brands Co-ordinator for Retail and Franchise in the Industria area in Johannesburg.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification will be Matric or Grade 12 equivalent.
- Project management Certification
- Supervisory Certification
- Interpersonal Relationship Certification
- 5 Years Sales Experience
- Training and mentorship ability
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work under pressure effectively.
- High levels of personal planning and organisation.
- Work effectively consistently without constant supervision
- Highest level of honesty
- Ability to work accurately

**Responsibilities**:

- Trade Marketing & Key Accounts Relationship building
- Project Management of new sites
- Accurate Processing for the company’s Key Account customers
- Prepare quotations for key accounts in timeframes and accurately
- To continually follow up on outstanding enquiries and quotations;
- Manage orders on hand, planning deliveries and installations with those departments
- Monitor stock levels for key accounts and raise stock where needed
- Follow up with production and suppliers on stock requirements
- To submit pricing on alternative offers if this could make the quotation more competitive;
- New Product innovation & development knowledge
- To negotiate the best price from suppliers
- To ensure that customers pay their accounts timeously and that all account queries and disputes are settled promptly.
- Equipment handling &problem troubleshooting
