**Inside Sales Representative**

Are you driven by the art of sales, thriving in a dynamic and rapidly expanding environment?

Must be passionate about sales, thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential Payroll and HR clients, introducing our software solutions and identifying sales opportunities

Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers requirements

In collaboration with the sales team, identify key decision-makers in target companies, understanding their pain points, and articulating how our offerings can address their needs

Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions

Qualify leads generated by marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to nurture opportunities through the sales pipeline

Understand customer pain points and business challenges to tailor our solutions to their specific needs

Team with internal departments to negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set my management

**A background in Payroll and/or Human Resources, unlocking the secrets of these realms with your expertise**

**Required Skills**:
Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software, Asana, other project
management tools) to track and manage leads and sales activities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently and remotely
Persistent and results-oriented
Patient and able to handle customer rejection
High school diploma; AA or higher is a plus
