ROLE TITLE: HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR DEPARTMENT: HUMAN RESOURCES REPORTING STRUCTURE: HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER ROLE SUMMARY Aloecrest Hospital is looking for an energetic, self-motivated and driven individual for HR Administrator position. The Human Resources Administrator is required to perform a full generalist human resources function. This includes recruitment and selection, training, counseling, processing/submission of payroll inputs and the supervision of administration processes. The incumbent is further required to meet tight deadlines, to be accurate, to follow policies and procedures and to interact with members of the staff, management, external companies/agencies associated with Aloecrest hospital as well as members of the public.
- Advertising of positions and drawing-up of appointment letters
- Enrolling new recruits on a time and attendance system (Kronos)
- Personnel administration (updating and maintaining proper filling system)
- Benefits administration
- Collation of payroll inputs (new engagements, movements, deductions, terminations)
- Assist managers and staff with HR related queries
- Recruitment & Selection
- On boarding & Orientation
- Human Resources Audit & Reporting
- Dealing with queries promptly & effectively
- Staff events and wellness
- Uniforms
- The effective handling of allocated projects and other related HR duties SKILLS PROFILE EDUCATION
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Human Resources Management Business or related field WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years HR generalist experience
- Computer literate KNOWLEDGE
- Customer oriented with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change with good planning and organisational skills
- Ability to problem solve

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R17,000.00 - R28,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)
