**Responsibilities**:
Compile and oversee the annual budget for the KAM division
Select and approve suppliers
Hire staff
Approve salaries and bonus packages
Provide input to strategic planning
Ensure goals are inline
Monitor branch activities
Measure customer satisfaction
Retain customers
Effective forecasting of volumes
Decide what to make investment decisions on
Visit clients as and when needed
Conduct branch meetings with clients
Increase profit and customer engagement
Ensure ISO requirements are implemented
Screen potential business deals
Facilitate working together
Manage expenditure
Promote teamwork
Maintain discipline
Develop, implement and monitor KPIs
Matric
A degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Management / Marketing and Sales
Post graduate degree in Supply Chain / Marketing and Sales is advantageous
Minimum of 7-10 years of managerial and working experience
Valid driver''s licence and own car
