You help automate, elevate and improve social media campaigns for some of the biggest brands in the world such as Prada or Samsung, while working with global superstars such as Ed Sheeran and their album launches.

And 1 of 3 companies globally that have the necessary access to run these campaigns on Twitter, while expanding on our Meta offering.

We are now looking to add to our growing sales team, we are looking for people to help grow our business in a way that makes us and our partners proud.

**Your role**:
Account Manager Focus Regions:

- MENA
- Continental Europe
- West & East Africa

You will be responsible for introducing Blue Robot to brands directly and via the wider advertising agency networks within your focus region. This is a fast paced sales environment, qualifying and gathering campaign requirements to fulfill clients needs for launching their campaigns with us is a core part of your daily function as an Account Manager. Your ultimate goal will be to grow partner and account revenues through sales and growing our campaign activation volumes with agencies and brands directly.

Within Blue Robot Growth Markets you’ll be focusing on our reseller partnerships, ensuring they are educated on our latest product offerings, whilst supporting client needs to close sales in collaboration with them.

As a successful Account Manager, you will grow into a Snr Account Manager and Key Accounts Manager within 12 - 18 months.
- Grow existing account revenues and activation volumes
- Drive new business sales within strategic channels
- Achieve quarterly sales targets
- Provide day-to-day support to allocated customers and new customers
- Manage brand direct and agency relationships
- Reporting on campaign performance
- Ensure customers are educated and informed of all new product offerings
- Fulfill all role functionalities associated with operations and sales

**A typical day consists of**:

- Qualifying new prospective customers
- Educating brands & agencies on all Blue Robot solutions
- Ensuring that CRM data is logged accurately against accounts
- Liaising with our internal sales teams across represented platforms to support and grow accounts
- Preparing and presenting proposals
- Managing communications with agency & brand & ensuring campaign performance is optimal
- Liaising with our wider sales teams and leadership to optimize towards strategic sales goals You will be accountable for:
You will spend your days convincing partners/clients to find out more about how Blue Robot will level up their marketing activities and help them achieve their marketing objectives
- Achievement of your sales targets
- Sales activity numbers
- Account growth quarter on quarter
- Closed deals
- CRM hygiene
- Building and developing a long term pipeline for future quarters
- Forecasting revenue for your region for future quarters

**Requirements**:

- Digital sales experience (minimum 3 years)
- Digital marketing experience
- Knowledge of digital advertising products an advantage
- Knowledge of global agency landscape is beneficial
- Excellent presentation skills - spoken and written
- Good Keynote proposal skills
- Ambitious, tenacious and positive can-do attitude
- Passion for tech innovation
- Impeccable Sales Hygiene and knowledge of CRM practices
- Hungry to learn by yourself and not waiting to be taught
