Customer Success Executive

Blue Robot is looking for a dynamic tech oriented team member to join its growing world-class Customer Success team who manage all experience activations and reporting for clients from our Johannesburg offices. The position requires daily communication with our agencies and brand clients. You will be comprehensively trained on Blue Robot's product set.
Blue Robot has developed a technology that allows brands to interact automatically with audiences across Twitter, Facebook, Whatsapp and Pinterest. Blue Robot shortens the path between creative ideas and execution, leveraging the complete functionality offered by various public and private API’s. A typical day consists of:
- Educating brands & agencies on Blue Robot's offering
- Managing communications with agency & brand & ensuring experience execution is optimal
- Liaising with our Cape Town Development team for day-to-day support
- Reporting on experience activity
**Requirements**:
- Digital marketing experience
- Knowledge of Twitter's & Facebook advertising products and advantages
- Ambitious and positive can-do attitude
- Analytical thinking
- Good Time management
- Quick learner
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good numerical skills & attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Social media background - understanding conversational trends and opportunities
- Passion for tech innovation
