Human Capital Administrator

**The Person**:
- Diploma or Degree in HR Management.
- 2 to 3 years experience within a similar role.
- Sage 300 People (non-negotiable).
- Syspro experience (pref).
- Strong administrative skills.
**Job Requirements**:
- Provide administrative support to the HRBP.
- Assist branches with HR admin related functions and queries.
- Capture and load new employees on Sage 300 People.
- Capture training, disciplinary details and amendments to staff details on the system.
- Prepare monthly HR reports (leave, training, disciplinary).
- Payroll: Submit new hires, terminations and leave reports to payroll for processing.
- Update employee benefit forms.
- Responsible for data maintenance, ensuring data integrity and updating organisational structures.
- System Support: Reset and create employee passwords on the system.
- Fix all Sage errors that arise, with the support of the health desk;
- Provide technical support to staff across all branches.
- Responsible for employee file audits.
- Co-ordinate company events.
- Manage switchboard as and when required.
- Responsible for the ordering and dispatch of staff uniforms and badges.
- Syspro:
- Provide support with account management by creating purchase orders and GRN received goods;
- Obtain approval for order and submit to Finance for payment (ensuring payments are processed and POPs are sent to suppliers).
