The Claims Administrator will be responsible for;
- Processing suppliers claims on short delivery or pricing queries. This includes tracking to ensure the credit is passed.
- Completion of General ledger claims reconciliation and daily follow up on overdue claims.
- Capturing supplier invoices and offsetting GRNs (Good Received Notes)
- Assisting with negative GRNs and stock queries.
- Ensure supplier upliftment claims are processed timeously.
- Capturing PPV adjustments
- Reconciling Gateway sales margin and submitting file for authorisation
- Assisting with month end reconciliation of supplier statements which include ensuring rebates and discounts are taken.
- Adhoc creditor & procurement functions

Individual must have the following.

1. A bookkeeping course or studying to complete degree/diploma.

2. Creditors experience with recon, GRN matching

and PPV adjustments.3

3. Syspro is an advantage.

4. Experience with export/import is an advantage.

5. Quick learner

6. Good excel/computer skills

7. Strong numeracy/attention to detail

8. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
