Randburg, South Africa BBBEE CORPORATE ADVISORY Full time

Roles and Responsibilities
- Management of the BEE process for the local office
- Liaising with BEE consultant to ensure BEE planning protocol is put in place
- Gathering and managing information, data and paperwork from various departments for the completion of BEE rating
- Assist with external reporting of the information, providing BEE information on tenders, or for Customers, Partners or Suppliers.
- Create and manage, organisation of paperwork and the BEE file in general.
- Preparation of BEE presentations for Board Meetings etc: Preparation of requirements, liaising with relevant people for input, pulling data together
- Liaising with other departments in BEE matters - Legal, Finance, TSI, HR, Facilities
- Arrange and coordinate monthly BEE management meetings and ad hoc BEE workshops
- Liaise with Legal and Finance departments to ensure collation of data for rating purposes.
- Create and maintain information for BEE plan
- Gather company information and submit information as required for BEE ratings purposes

Essential:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service focused
- Good team player with the ability to build relationships across different countries and cultures and adapt approach and communication style to take account of cultural differences
- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines, and ability to multi task and prioritise
- Initiative and self-motivation are essential - the role requires the ability to take action with a minimum of supervision, and to be able to operate in an unstructured environment.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills are vital, together with the ability to stay calm in a busy environment

Experience and knowledge:

- Experience in a similar role would be ideal
- A high level of experience and proficiency with MS Office Software is required - particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in spoken and written English essential

Qualifications:

- Good general education required
- University graduate is preferred

**Salary**: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
