The primary objective of this role is to oversee and implement a robust Human Capital and Payroll function for the Management Team. This entails close collaboration with operational department Managers to ensure top-quality service delivery to employees. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- handling employee documentation
- recruitment, payroll administration
- managing employee benefits, generating reports, maintaining departmental policies and procedures, and addressing queries.

The role requires proficiency in managing the entire Employee Life Cycle effectively.

- Recruitment and Induction
- Employee take on( Monthly Payroll)
- Benefits (Processsing)
- Terminations
- Employment Equity and Worker Forums (EE)
- Policies (Familiarisation)
- Reports (Human Capital and Payroll)
- General Administration (Employee Files)
- Communication and Queries Handling
- Training

**Must have the following qualifications and skills set**:

- Matric / Grade 12
- National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources / Industrial Relations / Labour Relations / Payroll
- Degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology or related qualification is an advantage.
- Must have +3 years in a similiar enviroment.
- Code 8 driver's licence
- Excellent computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Knowledge of related legislation: (Labour Relations Act (LRA), Basic Conditions of Employment (BCEA), Employment Equity Act (EEA), Skills Development Act (SDA)
- A desire to work in a fast-paced HC environment.
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - approachable and able to build effective relationships with line managers and employees at all levels.
