We are a rapidly growing website design company seeking a talented and driven business development representative to join our team. The business development representative will be in charge of finding and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and working with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Outreach means making first contact with potential clients and building relationships with them through regular communication and follow-up.
- Qualification: Assessing the potential of leads and determining if they are a good fit for the company's services
- Scheduling appointments: Coordinating with potential clients to schedule sales appointments or demonstrations of the company's services
- Collaboration: Working closely with the sales team to pass qualified leads along and contribute to the overall sales process
- Data tracking: maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach and communication with leads in the company's CRM system
- Training: Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry trends and the company's services
- Marketing support: assisting with the development and execution of marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Industry research: keeping up-to-date on industry trends and identifying new opportunities for business development
- Customer service: Providing excellent customer service to all clients, including answering questions and addressing any concerns they may have

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM systems and data tracking
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Knowledge of website design and development processes
- familiarity with marketing and lead generation strategies
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to meeting the needs of clients

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From R5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
