**About the Role**

As a leader in the Office Automation, Telecoms and Security Solutions Industry, United Business Solutions takes pride in delivering comprehensive business technology solutions to fulfil our clients' needs. We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our established Office Automation & Telecoms department based in our head office in Rivonia, Sandton. You will provide comprehensive and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost our base growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

To thrive in this role, you must be a motivated, presentable professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in demanding customer service environments. It is essential that you can work both independently when assisting clients, and as a contributor to our established team.

**Your Key Duties**
- Present, promote and sell products to prospective customers using strong reasoning and an advanced understanding of the products
- Perform cost and needs analysis to potential customers, clearly demonstrating how their specific needs will be met
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Proactively reach out to new customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise customer satisfaction
- Achieve specified sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timeframes
- Co-ordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Track sales daily and provide current status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and any potential for new products and services

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- National Senior Certificate/Matric
- Proficient in English
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Advanced levels of computer literacy, including excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and on various platforms (telephonic, Zoom/Teams/Skype)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and solve tasks effectively
- Excellent customer relations skills, with an energetic and passionate attitude
- Self-driven, highly motivated, target-driven and innovative
- Enthusiastic team player with a proven track record in sales
- Skilled in managing inter-personal relationships within a team, and able to positively act on feedback and constructive criticism

The employment package is heavily weighted towards commission. The commission package allows you to earn more than R 20 000 per month very quickly, while our top sales performers can earn upwards of R 100 000 per month once established. All necessary tools required to reach this level will be supplied via training and on-site facilities.
