About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide new and existing customers with outstanding service related to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions, and complaints. You will resolve customer issues fairly and effectively, provide product and service information, and identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Identify and act on upselling opportunities to maintain and increase income streams.
- Recommend and implement programs to support customer needs.
- Perform routine assignments within the Customer Support/Operations function.
- Receive guidance and direction from experienced team members
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using technology and customer support tools.
- Experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
