Our client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, feedback from field activity.
- Generate ideas and implement special sales activities and innovative sessions.
- Participate in demos, promotions and marketing events and evaluate the success thereof.
- Compile a variety of sales reports and sales feedback as required.
- Participate in weekly ADAPT sessions.
- Travel with Sales Reps and provide mentoring and coaching as required.
- Team development and motivation.
- Sales analysis and reporting.
- Compliance monitoring and follow up.
- Competitor analysis.
- Sales, market share, client categorisation analysis report back and monitor.
- Manage team towards achievement of company objectives.
- Growth of sales and market share.
- Optimising sales & market share through client relationship management.

**Key Skills**:

- Analytical thinking ability and able to make good judgements.
- Computer literacy.
- Commercial understanding and business acumen.
- Planning and organising skills.
- 3 - 5 years Management of people - ability to inspire, motivate and maintain control.
- 3 - 5 year’s achievement track record in Sales at a Senior Key Accounts Management level or similar.
- Prepared to work overtime as and when required.
- Flexible to travel.
- Driver’s Licence is essential.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant Business Degree or National Diploma.
