Customer Service Controller

This role is in the Office Automation industry. The Service Controller is primarily responsible to provide coordination of client requests from initiation to completion.

**Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)**
- Responsible for the management of service calls and requests in order to achieve client service level agreements (SLA).
- Assign service calls and dispatch Field Technicians/service providers accordingly to designated areas, and ensure calls are attended to as per target response time.
- Provide service call quotations to clients if copier machine is not assigned with an SLA.
- Order loan units/parts for Field Technicians.
- Collect job sheets for external service providers to arrange purchase orders.
- Track machine movements and keep accurate records thereof.
- Ensure all admin, including but not limited to processing of technical service advice (TSA), and invoices are captured and filed by close of busines each day.

**Requirements**:

- Must have Office Automation and Service Desk experience.
- Have an intermediate grasp of Excel.
- Must have matric.

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R9,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Service desk: 2 years (required)
- Office Automation Service Control: 2 years (required)
