**Office Manager**

**INTRODUCTION**:
An exciting opportunity has become available within the Enterprise Development industry, for an Office Manager. The position is based in Sandton, Johannesburg.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Secretarial or any relevant qualifications
- 5 years’ experience with Office Management experience.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Human **Resources**:

- Maintain employee records, ensuring they are up-to-date and confidential.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee queries related to HR matters.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Manage employee performance review processes.

**Finance**:

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations working jointly with our bookkeepers, including invoicing, budget tracking, and expense management.
- Co-ordinate the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Liaise with external auditors, accountants, and financial institutions as required.

**Office & Business **Administration**:

- Ensure efficient office operations through the management of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repair work.
- Manage contracts and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
- Organize company events, meetings, and employee team building activities.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
- General administration: assist with preparation of documents for signing, company documentation, proofreading proposals, and business documents.
