We are looking for a passionate Strategic Client Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our clients.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned clients and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will be able to work with clients and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our security solutions according to your customer needs. 5+ Years of account management experience is essential. Experience within the Information and Cybersecurity industry is an advantage but not essential.
**Experience / Skillset**:
- Experience: 5 years of IT Sales or Account Management role (NOT NEGOTIABLE) with contactable references.
- Contactable clients as references
- Good presentation skills Good MS office and CRM understanding
- Clear communicator and team player
- Understanding Trellix, ForcePoint, Crowdstrike, Netskope and Tenable or other security technologies would be a good advantage.
**Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Managing the day-to-day customer relationship
- Understanding the expectations of your accounts to ensure fast, efficient and cost-effective services are delivered to meet those expectations.
- Maintain and develop relationships with vendors and distributors.
- Understand your key accounts’ security strategies. 80% Focusing on growing and developing business through your account portfolio. 20% Identifying and winning new business outside of your accounts.
- Understand the procurement channels and requirements of your key accounts. Maintain an accurate pipeline for weekly reporting Compile proposals using templates for key account projects and new business. Achieve and over-achieve revenue targets
- Conduct frequent (Weekly, biweekly or Monthly) initiative meetings with key accounts to maintain project progression.
- Adopt the culture, become part of the team, exude confidence, and maintain the integrity foundations we have established.
