Facilitate tour sales and bookings, providing recommendations for exploring Johannesburg.

Conduct room inspections to ensure they meet our luxury standards.

Welcome guests, perform check-ins ensuring accuracy in room allocation and billing.

Handle daily operational reports, invoices, and pre-checkout procedures.

Build connections with guests to enhance satisfaction and drive sales opportunities.

Prior experience in hospitality.

Excellent communication skills.

Fluent in English.

Proficiency and experience working with computers/laptops (Mac, Office, Outlook, etc.).
