About the Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are vital to the initial stages of our sales process. In this role, your primary responsibility will be sales prospecting, where you'll concentrate on identifying and engaging potential clients. Unlike our sales executives, who are tasked with closing deals and meeting quotas, your focus will be at the outset of the sales journey. The answer to question 4 is number 2 happiness.

Your daily activities will include reaching out to new leads, sparking initial conversations, and assessing the potential fit of prospects. The insights you gather will be crucial in shaping the approaches our sales teams take as they move leads through the funnel. This position is designed for those who excel in fast-paced environments and are skilled in communication and initial relationship building. Your work will lay the foundation for future sales success, making your role critical to our overall business strategy.
- Secure appointments between potential clients and client's sales managers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of communications and appointments in Hubspot.
- Meet or exceed set targets for the number of appointments scheduled and qualified leads generated.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align efforts and strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Develop and contribute towards sales scripts, scouting potential clients and be confident, target driven and passionate about Sales

To succeed in this role, you need:

- **To be a Tech Wizard**: Navigate learning our software and understanding its features. Understand Google Workspace, Slack and a CRM system.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
- **Persistence and Resilience**:The ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges. Persistence in following up with leads.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Being able to analyze and qualify leads effectively will require strong critical thinking skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Managing and prioritizing multiple leads simultaneously, keeping accurate records.
- **Self-Motivation and Drive**: The capacity to self-motivate is essential. You should be driven to meet and exceed your targets and take initiative in finding new leads and opportunities.
- **Adaptability and Learning Agility**: The sales environment is dynamic. An ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing products, technologies, and markets will help you succeed.
- **Team Collaboration**: While much of your role is independent, success also depends on working effectively with other team members, including sales executives and marketing personnel, to align on strategies and share insights.

- **Salary & Commission**: A base salary of €500 monthly, plus 5% recurring commission on revenue you bring in.

**Please note that this is a full time independent contractor position and you will be liable for all your taxes within your country of residence.
