As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at SellTech.io, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth, develop relationships with prospects, and set the stage for successful sales outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Research and identify target accounts using industry tools and resources.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present SellTech.io’s value proposition.
- Schedule qualified appointments and demos for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM and track progress against key metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (SDR, BDR, or Sales Representative), preferably in a tech or SaaS company.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Basic understanding of sales strategies and lead generation techniques.
- Familiarity with Excel and reporting tools.

Pay: R18 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
