We are thrilled to announce that after an extensive refurbishment, the iconic Winston Hotel is expected to reopen as Park Hyatt Johannesburg in 2023. For this highly anticipated re-opening, we are looking for a Hotel Manager accountable to:

- Oversee, manage and support the successful re-opening and operation of the hotel
- Align with Hyatt’s core values to maximize revenue and profit opportunities and ensure the efficient and effective management of the property assets
- With integrity and in alignment with our Leadership Expectations, lead a diverse team to build the trust of others in all interactions and cultivate a positive guest and colleague experience
- Continuously find ways to improve all areas of the property and remain flexible in rapidly changing environment
- Bring Hyatt’s values to life for the benefit of colleagues, guests, customers and owners by demonstrating excellence in all aspects of the guest experience and overall performance of the hotel.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous operational leadership experience in a comparable destination or property, fluent in English, other languages are welcomed.
