Opportunity for a Brand Manager exist with one of the leading FMCG companies in South Africa. Role is responsible for various marketing functions within the company.

**JOB ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- BCom| Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field
- 3-5 Years experience working in the field
- Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**
- Oversee and manage the planning and implementation for national brand campaigns in partnership with a marketing agency and various suppliers and stakeholders.
- Managing and overseeing the strategy, planning and implementation of digital marketing, including across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc.
- Oversee and support content creation across all platforms.
- Manage in Implement Digital Media Buying and performance.
- Serving as the custodian of branding and corporate CI across elements such as retail environment co-branding, store branding, internal communication, merchandise and other elements.
- Coordinating and overseeing PR strategy, implementation and events.
- Engage with media on various relevant topics
- Review and assess potential influencer partnerships, and manage administration related to influencer activities, including brand gifts, product drops, influencer involvement at events, influencer partnerships across the full range of stores.
- Oversee and manage all elements of sponsorships, activations and eventing strategy.
- Working alongside internal teams to achieve business goals through activation events.
- Management and procurement of branding and merchandise assets. This includes sourcing items and liaising with suppliers to receive competitive quotes and managing production timelines.
- Managing reporting and feedback on various activities and functions within the marketing team.
- In-Store Marketing Management
- Liaising and working alongside retail teams to drive marketing success within retail stores.
- Monitor and manage finance across all sectors, include managing quotation process, facilitating payments and managing budgets
