Johannesburg, South Africa DS Global Talent Management Full time

**Duties**:

- Work for a prestigious airline brand on various work streams
- Assistance to passengers with pre & post flight departure travel-related queries in German & English languages
- Handle outbound voice calls, written correspondence & other multimedia channels daily
- Daily interactions with international passengers
- Experience our multi-cultural work environment with colleagues from all over the world

**Salary details**
- Basic Salary - ZAR 16 700.00 per month
- Performance bonus
- Late Shift allowance
- Night Shift allowance
- Overtime (1.5 x normal rate)
- Sunday Pay (1.5 x normal rate)
- Public Holidays (2 x normal rate)

**Requirements**:

- Rotational shifts with flexibility
- Native level fluency in German language: Verbal & Written skills essential (Advanced level)
- Permanent residence permit or South African ID holders
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts as above
- Excellent customer service skills essential. Experience in call centre or travel & tourism industry preferred.
- Excellent Computer literacy & technical skills
- Knowledge & experience on MS Office products & able to work on Windows-based operating systems. Previous experience on travel reservations systems is beneficial.
- No criminal record.
