Start Date: Immediately

Role available for a Property Administrator who is available immediately looking for a hands-on individual - heading up the leasing administration, communication with landlords and suppliers, working with a team of highly personable & dedicated individuals at the Company’s Head Office. Great Company culture

**The role**:

- Uphold administrative duties in support of the property team
- Liaise with landlords regarding new stores, leases, renewal of existing leases and required maintenance
- Assist the property team with all leasing related functions.
- Capture & file all new lease information and ensure all current lease information and files are kept up to date.
- Assist the property team with preparation of new store proposals and conducting research on new potential sites
- Pro-actively support and contribute to improving the planning, project management and execution of new store builds as well as revamping existing stores.

**Qualifications, experience & attributes needed**:

- Matric
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in property administration
- Highly organized
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exposure to retail leasing is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
