We require the service of an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to senior staff in an effective and professional manner.
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
- Collate and distribute mail
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Matric or equivalent
- National Diploma in Business Administration or Office Management or equivalent qualification is recommended Admin experience within a catering industry.
- 2-3 years of experience providing administrative support

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gardens, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
