We are seeking a **Regional IM Manager** **who will lead as the interface with assigned business units for the purpose of business/ IM strategy development, solution development, service delivery and management, risk management and relationship management.
This position will see you become part of a highly specialised team, who consistently push the boundaries of digital, technology, and automation innovation to drive a smarter, safer, and more sustainable enterprise.
**Core Responsibilities (amongst others)**:
- Serve as the business relationship conduit for the allocated regional stakeholders.
- Optimise the performance, cost & demand (quality and volume) of service within the business economic context and approved budgets.
- Provide highly valued consulting level support and guidance through key IM initiatives.
- Support the prioritisation of localised IM Solution “Demand Requests” and ensure resourcing synergies are captured across sites.
- Enable the business to achieve their objectives through the effective use of technology.
- Design, implement, track and monitor performance dashboards and highlight opportunities for improvement across relevant sites.
- Develop and deploy consistent practices of Contractor and Contract Management for all vendors across the various sites to improve the quality, cost and raise the service level of performance across the region.
- Share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities proactively to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness of business units.
- Communicate decisions, priorities and relevant project information to appropriate levels of staff regarding business unit requests, projects and initiatives.
- Lead team of people who deliver mine technical infrastructure services in the region.
**Qualifications**
- An undergraduate qualification (Bachelors degree or equivalent) in the relevant IM Discipline and/or Technical
- IT and OT discipline and governance
- Change management and stakeholder engagement.
- HQ, Regional and Frontline IM services, toolsets and standards
- Team leadership to ensure effective resource utilisation across the portfolio.
- Regional and local conditions
- Safety Knowledge: Provides a consistent outstanding role model with safety practices with a deep understanding of the importance of safety.
