**THE JOB AT A GLANCE**
As a Quotes Manager, you will be reporting into the RML: Head of Actuarial, you will be responsible for overseeing all business development processes and automation of quotations within Actuary.
**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
**Produce high Quality, accurate and timeous Quotes**:
- Responsible for providing specialist quoting services for new business
**Staff management and monthly reporting**:
- Manage, supervise and training of staff
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve targets
- Effective reporting and assessment of problem areas
- Monitor conversion and provide input into business feedback loop
**Process Optimisation and Automation**:
- Optimise and streamline Quotes processes
- Create and maintain quoting tools, processes and related documentation
- User acceptance testing
- Partner with IT to help deliver a quote system
**Regulatory compliance**:
- Ensure quote outputs are in line with regulatory requirements.
**WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE?**
- Actuarial Science degree progressing towards qualifying Actuary
- Minimum 6- 8 years’ experience in an insurance regulatory environment
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience within actuarial environment
- Minimum 4 years management experience
- Solution orientated
- Results driven
- Managing Projects
- Life and non-life experience
- Knowledge of the Insurance Acts (long and short term)
