**Overview**
- The ICT Coordinator is responsible to ensure that the procurement of ICT-related Goods and Services complies with the Company’s Procurement Policy.
- Effective procurement of all ICT-Related Items for the Company within the required timeframe, best price possible and quality. To manage and coordinate all administrative functions and related activities within the ICT Department.
- Developed and maintained positive Stakeholder relationships.
- Liaise with External Vendors
- Liaise with Internal customers (Users)

**ICT Procurement**
- Improved Procurement Turnaround time
- Obtained best price and quality.
- Submitted accurate and reliable Procurement Records/Invoices timeously.
- Improved the Sites/HO satisfaction level.
- Addressed Vendor queries timeously.
- Obtained Quotes and negotiated.
- Raised of Purchase orders
- Receipted Invoices
- Managed long outstanding PO’s.

**Coordinating of Office Administration**
- Managed efficient Administrative Functions/Systems
- Maintained the integrity of Project Records/Reports and Processes
- Made logístical arrangements for Meetings, Site Events etc
- Managed effective travel and accommodation/reimbursement.
- Made Materials and Tools available.
- Maintained efficient Procurement Practice

**Technology Administration**
- Improved the quality and accuracy of Asset Management Information
- Submitted all relevant Reports timeously when required.
- Conducted efficient IT Administration
- Provided IT assistance accurately and timeously.

**Education**
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- SharePoint Fundamentals
- Advantageous_
- Office Administration Certificate
- Business Administration Certificate
- SharePoint foundation certification

**Experience**
- At least 3 years’ experience in a senior Coordinator/Procurement officer position
- Understanding of Donor Funded environments.

**_Requirements_**
- Own Car
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Basic Computer skills
- Basic Microsoft Office (Level 1-2)
- PowerPoint presentation skills
- SA Citizen or valid work permit to work in South Africa
- Minimal/Moderate/Excessive overnight travel (up to 30%) by land or air if required.
- Willing to work overtime.Advantageous
- Intermediate computer skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Level 2-3)
