Back Office Agent

**Company Description**
With offices in Israel, Germany, Portugal, South Africa and Belgium, this company is changing how people buy holidays. They have partnered with some of the most innovative global brands, and are building the world’s leading AI enabled tour operator platform, which allows travellers to customise their holiday experience and break free of the traditional restrictions of static pre-packaged holidays.

**Duties may include the following**:
1. Financials and invoicing,

2. Multi-channel work,

3. Hospitality and financial systems,

4. Multitasking - working with variant channels: zendesk, slack, hospitality systems,

5. Updating customer booking between reservation system and financial system,

6. Communicating to Ticketing agents or Level 2 any tickets out of your scope or that you need more information to proceed the customer case,

**Requirements**:
1. Two years of customer service experience (required)

2. One Year Experience in booking online travel and general geographic knowledge (preferred)

3. Tourism knowledge - hotel, flights, transfers

4. Multitasking - working with variant channels: zendesk, chat/whatsapp, phone, slack,, hospitality systems

5. Good at work under pressure

6. Writing capabilities

7. Excell, word knowledge

8. Travel experience is a plus,
