- You will work alongside SEO specialists, developers, social media managers, content writers and Google Ad experts to optimize the online presence of these clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Liaise with both local and international clients on a regular basis
- Lead monthly progress meetings with clients
- As the clients’ dependable specialist in online marketing, develop and maintain meaningful relationships with clients on behalf of the agency.
- Ensure a solid understanding of the client’s environment, business goals, and best practices to recommend ideal solutions for desired business outcomes
- Coordinate and manage various digital marketing services for your clients
- Work with Performance team to ascertain timelines and ensure tasks are planned, scheduled and diarised so that internal deadlines are met
- Ensure a smooth and timeous workflow of activities directed at your clients
- Facilitate value offerings and prepare quotations for relevant opportunities to existing clients
- Monitor campaign success on Google Analytics and keyword rank trackers
- Actively test and analyze targeting criteria (keywords and audiences), ad creatives, landing pages, and bid strategies to drive results in line with campaign goals
- Work under pressure and be fully adaptable to the ever-changing world of digital marketing
- Follow industry trends, drive innovation, and contribute to case studies, blog articles, and training as well as define, monitor, and analyze trends
- Contribute to projects, process changes, and roll-outs of the company

**Attributes & Requirements**

- Demonstrate resourcefulness and the initiative to lead advanced projects
- Comfortable with various CMS platforms and the ability to troubleshoot and solve various issues common with these systems

**Education**
- Tertiary Education and minimum 2 years’ experience in an agency environment
