Grade 12

Educated to degree level or equivalent

Customer Management at a senior level

Experienced change manager

Succession planning & development of key managers

IT literate

Finance/Profit & Loss Management

Project Management

People Management

Person needs good understanding of distribution

5-7 years in warehousing/logistics/FMCG environment

Knowledge of clients requirements and customers needs

Budget Management

Key Performance Indicator development

Workload Planning

3 years practical management experience

Excellent HR and IR skills
