Industrial Services Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of industrial services projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the industrial services division to ensure continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are understood and met, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring effective communication and alignment with company objectives.
- Ensure all operations adhere to industry standards, regulations, and best practices for health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management, while also conducting data analysis to optimize operations.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems proactively and efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of industrial services, processes, and equipment.
- Experience in budget development and management, ensuring profitability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP), Health and Safety, or similar are highly desirable.
- 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role within the industrial services sector, with a proven track record of successful project execution and team leadership.
