- Recruitment reception duties
- Ensure that all employee information is successfully stored on SharePoint
- Assist in the Onboarding process
- Assist with administration for specialist roles
- Ensure that all compliance documents are submitted timeously to the Compliance Officer
- Ensure that required stats are submitted to HOD and Senior Recruiter timeously

**SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Well-presented individual with excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Proficient on MS office - Specifically Word and Excel

**TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE**
- Matric
- Related HR / Recruitment qualification beneficial
- General knowledge recruitment processes and profiling
- Knowledge of **Lexis Nexis Refcheck System / MIE required**:

- Strong working experience of **SharePoint**:

- Minimum **12 months recruitment administrative experience**:

- Experience handling administration for **call center and bulk recruitment required**
