**Requirements**:

- International Qualification ITEC/SAAHSP/CIDESCO/CIBTEC
- Minimum 3 years Spa Management experience at a 5-star property
- Extensive knowledge of both gym and spa operations
- Target driven with excellent sales and marketing skills
- Developmental approach to staff management and training
- Experience with stock management and procurement
- Sound business acumen, administration, organisational, communication and delegation skills
- Knowledge of international spa trends, best practices, and exceptional health & hygiene standards
