Vodacom Umhlanga is on the lookout for a proficient Human Resources Administrator to be a part of the Admin team
- Recruitment and selection process. Drive recruitment and selection process internally and externally utilizing the appropriate and approved processes and resources to meet the workforce, equity and talent requirements of the organization
- Ensure the appropriate onboarding and induction process is administered for all new employees, to ensure integration of new employees into the business environment
- Manage sound employee relations by advising on and leading the implementation of effective disciplinary, grievance, restructuring, incapacity, and conflict resolution activities
- Investigate all referred disciplinary and grievance matters, gather evidence, prepare cases and support the company in the resolution of cases
- Assist in coordinating the time and attendance records for payroll purposes
**Skills/Competencies**:
- Excellent Reporting skills - analytical reasoning, problem solving
- Good Organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Proficiency on Microsoft Excel - capturing important data, pivots, use of formulae
- Excellent Microsoft office knowledge
- Ability to exercise mature judgment & initiative
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
- Drivers License (advantageous)
**Salary**: From R7,500.00 per month
