HR & Administrator

We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified HR Administrator to perform effective administration within the HR department.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- To maintain all documents in the HR department.
- To facilitate the resolution of HR queries as they may arise.
- Manage the recruitment process.
- To assist with the facilitation of new employee process.
- Perform all administrative work related to the HR function.
**Minimum Requirements**
Completed HR Diploma/Degree qualification
2 years experience in a HR Administrator role
Must be computer literate
Laboratory information systems (Beneficial)
HR Administrator knowledge
Technologically literate
**Required skills**:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Communication skills (Verbal, written. Computer Literacy)
- Must be innovative and have decision making skills
- Time Management skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Must be able to work with numbers
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must possess Microsoft Office skills
**Required Competencies**:
- Teamwork skills and the ability to work in a demanding situation
- Self-management
- the capacity to manage personal and sensitive information
